Subject: Disability Home Renovation

In July 2018, Matt Fitzpatrick & Sons (Building Contractors) Limited commenced the renovation works in our home. Dennis had a stroke in August 2017 and when he returned from hospital found living upstairs and showering the most difficult part of his life change. We had a garage and a back room to be converted into a disability area.
The project consisted of significant alterations and upgrading the existing facilities to maintain safety for Dennis in his own home.
The garage was turned into a sitting room with a disability toilet and shower facilities installed and a bedroom in the backroom. This presented many safety instalments in order for Dennis to get in safely and be able to use shower facilities without difficulties.
We are very pleased to confirm that the works Matt Fitzpatrick and his team carried out were not only delivered on time but met the required quality standards and within the budgetary constraints.
The Site Management team had the expected and required level of skill, experience and competence for this project planning and delivery. They were cooperative, flexible and more than reasonable at all times throughout the project requirements. And we are very confident that the company ethos and approach by this team was a significant factor in the building success.
